I was onboard Denebola from Dec 1957 to about June 1959, as an FA, then SA and a SN.  The Denebola pulled into Aarhlos, Denmark, sometime during my tour and while I was on mess cook duty.  The CO had an open house day for the Danish people and I had to work my butt off making kool aid for the visitors.           I was very fortunate during my Navy career to be able to retire as a CWO4 Bosun, I owe a lot to the "D" for getting me off to a good start in the Navy.   *submitted by:  Joe Whitaker
